Welcome to SXSW Interactive 2015 TCU

My name is Adam Beasley and I am a sophomore Entrepreneurial Management major with minors in Communication Studies and Finance. I have had a passion for entrepreneurship since I was a kid. In the fourth grade I started my own business selling marshmallow guns to my classmates. It defintely did not turn a large profit. However, it did light an entrepreneurial fire in my heart that has remained ever since. This year I have the priveledge of attending SxSW, an interactive technology conference in Austin, Texas. This is truly an incredible opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the technology world. Not only am I excited about the conference as a whole, but I am also ecstatic about the opportunity to dive into my passion for entrepreneurship even deeper as I explore the Startup Village at SxSW. There are countless sessions and speakers at this section of SxSW. I hope to come to a greater understanding of entrepreneurship and how technology is an essential aspect of this field moving forward.
