Foundations in Leadership Course (BUSI 30833)
The initial course in the Next Gen program is designed to help students define leadership and learn about the crucial importance of leading self, based on timeless principles and personal values. Each student will create a personal Leadership Development Plan in this course.

Assessment Center:
This one-day event is a structured experience that will assess each student's leadership competencies. 

Assessments:
Students will complete target assessments in order to continue to learn about themselves and their leadership styles.

Leadership Speaker Series:
Students will be given the opportunity to hear from current business leaders during lab and outside events.

Leadership Development Plan:
Students will create their own Leadership Development Plan. This plan will be a living document that the students will use as a guide for their time in the program and beyond.
