Leadership is a journey. You learn and grow through practice. I have had several opportunities to put my leadership skills to the test. I have attached a paper that shows the progression of my leadership skills since I started my somphomore year of college in the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program. I have continually added updates each semster, and I plan to continue doing so.
