Jordyn M. Hampe

I am currently a senior at Texas Christian University pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Film, TV, and Digital Media from the Bob Schieffer College of Communication with minors in General Business and English. At TCU, I am a member of the John V. Roach Honors College, and involved in Alpha Omicron Pi, HerCampus TCU, and Order of Omega. I have also served as a Resident Assistant in Milton Daniel Hall and King/Wright Hall.

Throughout high school, I was involved in many organizations and held leadership positions that I feel have prepared me for both college and beyond. I was a member of my school’s dance team for three years, and held the position of Head Social Officer my junior and senior year. This gave me the opportunity to form strong relationships with my team of fellow Social Officers as well as my Director and Officers. We worked together to facilitate team-building games and social activities for our teammates, as well as budgeted for supplies in order to put these events on. I was also involved in the National Honor Society and Student Congress where I spent the majority of my membership volunteering my time at various events in my high school as well as the surrounding community.

My hope for my time at TCU is that I will be able to form important relationships with various members of different organizations I become involved with as well as relationships among members of the Fort Worth community outside of the TCU campus.
