Creating Captioned Images in the Rich Text Module

Have you ever wanted to insert a picture with a caption into your FrogFolio without having to create a new image module? Now you can! With a little effort, if you follow these steps you'll be able to put captioned imaged into your text in no time!

  1. Place the cursor in the location in the text where you want the image to appear
  2. Click on the icon to insert a table
  3. Set the column to one (1) and the row to one (1)
  4. Set the width of the table. It is recommended that you choose 300 pixels or less if you want your text to wrap around the image. Don't forget to select the "Table Caption" option near the bottom of the pop-up screen!
  5. Click into the top row of the table, then click the insert image icon to choose the image you want to embed. To make sure that it fits into the table, keep the width of the image 300 pixels or less.
  6. Click on the bottom row of the table to write your caption.
  7.  To wrap the text around the image, select the table, the select either the "align left" or "align right" icons. This will force the text around the image so that the image doesn't just float in the middle of the page.
  8. When you are done, save and view the page in the published form to see your handiwork!
